Chris Dyke

Chris Dyke’s career has been distinguished by 15 years with the USAF Aerial Reconnaissance Weather Office, serving as one of only 30 worldwide “Hurricane Hunters” and the USAF’s lead expert in the field. His expertise extends to aircraft capability management at Headquarters Air Force Reserve. Holding a B.S. in Meteorology with minors in Mathematics, Geography, and Aerospace, he also earned an MBA specializing in Supply Chain Management, Technology Entrepreneurship, and Communication. His background includes strategy deployment, Lean/Kaizen methodologies, finance, and project management.


Thomas Shumaker

Thomas Shumaker’s career has been defined by his leadership in agricultural policy, commodity trading, and manufacturing. Holding a B.S. in Agricultural Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry, he further specialized in Economics and Management Consulting through an MLA in Extension Studies. Multiple non-government organizations were co-founded under his direction to influence environmental and agricultural policy. His expertise spans government relations, systems programming, strategic planning, and applied mathematics. IAIS and Devonian Technologies Inc. were successfully owned and managed under his leadership.
Russell Evans
Chief Technology Officer
Russell Evans’ career has been marked by over 40 years of engineering and program management with the U.S. Department of Defense. His expertise includes avionics for both rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, cybersecurity, and aircraft hardware and software development. As the primary engineer for weather system equipment upgrades on the WC-130J, he spent a decade focusing on environmental data collection systems. Holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Software Engineering, and an MBA in Project Management, his work has been guided by industry standards, including ISO AS9100.
